OUR STORY
The journey of JINJI JEWELS began with my father, Anil Himmatlal Kothari. Born in the village of Tervada in Banaskantha, Gujarat, he moved to Mumbai at the age of 15 to learn the diamond trade after completing his 10th grade. Despite numerous challenges, he became a respected figure in the diamond industry. Now based in Surat, our family continues to uphold these values and traditions.
I, Divy Kothari, followed in my father’s footsteps, gaining hands-on experience at a friend’s diamond factory before earning my GIA Graduate Diamond diploma from the Gemological Institute of America in Mumbai. This prestigious qualification is recognized worldwide. After six months in the loose diamond business, I expanded into jewellery manufacturing under my father’s guidance. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with customers praising the quality and finish of our work and the personal attention each piece receives. Now, we’re excited to bring our creations to a broader audience through our online store.

Our dedicated team includes three key members: myself, my father Anil Himmatlal Kothari, and my uncle Uday Himmatlal Kothari. My father and uncle manage diamond purchasing, while I oversee jewellery manufacturing and the smooth operation of our company.
